The best-rated classical concerts to book: Chopin in Warsaw for €22, Vivaldi in Vienna, Mozart in Prague

Every concert rated 4.6 or better by 200 people across Glentio's cities, ranked by rating, from a €15 Musikverein ticket to a Mozart dinner concert in Prague.

The concert kind is the smallest in the catalogue, 89 listings, and 84 of them are European, nearly all in three cities. The list below is every concert in our partner's catalogues for Glentio's cities that is rated 4.6 or better by at least 200 people, as read on October 1, ranked by rating and then by how many booked. Thirty listings. Prices are "from" prices in euros, or US dollars where marked. Five listings the catalogue files as concerts but which are a walking tour, an opera-house visit, a tablao or a bus are left out.

What the list says

Vienna has eleven of the thirty, Warsaw four, Prague four. The most-booked concert, the Four Seasons in the Karlskirche, is rated below the four Warsaw Chopin hours that together cost less than it. The dinner concerts are rated as well as the plain ones; the costume ones are not rated better. The best value on the page is Warsaw at €17 to €22, and the best single night is the Prague Mozart dinner at €110.

For Europeans

Warsaw, Prague and Vienna are an overnight train apart and the €15 to €38 tickets take bookings the same day except Saturdays. The Chopin hour is the thing to do on a Warsaw evening with nothing else booked.

For visitors from the US

Prices are in euros except New York; your card converts. Dates on posters are day first: 10/10 is October 10. A €22 Chopin hour or a €38 Four Seasons is less than a cinema ticket for two at home; the Prague dinner concert is a nice dinner at home with the concert free.

For visitors from East Asia

Mid-October is after Golden Week and the churches are not full on weeknights. Nothing on this page needs a language; the dinner concerts take dietary notes at booking. Tax-free forms apply to shops, not tickets.
