Introductory programme
Eligible new organisers get Pro features and the Pro fee from day one — no subscription. It runs until the first of: five qualifying paid events, 30 days from your first verified sale, or €15,000 in eligible ticket sales.

- The platform fee applies only to paid tickets. Free events are always free.
- Fees are shown at checkout and added on top of the ticket price.
- Subscriptions are billed by Glentio; ticket payouts go to the organiser, who is the merchant of record.
