Subscription Terms

1. The subscription

A Glentio subscription (Pro or Business) is a service you buy from Glentio. For subscriptions, Glentio is the merchant of record — this is separate from ticket sales, where the organiser is the seller. The subscription gives your organiser account a lower platform fee and additional features while it is active.

2. Plans and fees

Plan prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. The platform fee that applies to your paid ticket sales depends on your active plan; the subscription fee is separate from, and in addition to, that platform fee.

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval you choose (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Payment is taken through Stripe using your saved payment method.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law. This is separate from ticket refunds, which are governed by the Refund Policy and the organiser’s terms.

6. Failed payments and grace period

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and open a short grace period during which your plan continues. If payment is not resolved, the subscription lapses and your account reverts to the free plan.

7. Price changes and taxes

We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. Prices exclude any applicable VAT or sales tax, which is added where required.
