Community Guidelines

Version 1 · Last updated 27 June 2026.

Glentio works because people trust what they find here. These guidelines apply to everyone — creators, organisers and attendees.

1. Be respectful

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics. Treat hosts and attendees with respect.

2. Keep events authentic

List real events with accurate details. No scams, fake listings, bait-and-switch pricing, or impersonation of people or organisations.

3. Stay lawful and safe

No illegal activity, dangerous goods, or events that put people at risk. Follow local laws and venue rules, including age restrictions.

4. Respect privacy

Don’t misuse attendee information you receive as an organiser. Use it only to run your event.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Use the report action on any event to flag a concern. Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to a permanent ban.

6. Appeals

If you believe we got it wrong, contact trust@glentio.com and we’ll review.
