About this event
For eight hours the spine of Manhattan belongs to people rather than cars. Roughly seven miles of Lafayette Street, Park Avenue and Broadway close to traffic from the Brooklyn Bridge north to Dyckman Street, filling with cyclists, walkers, free fitness classes, kids' activities and public art at rest stops along the way. Join anywhere on the corridor; the Harlem stretch doubles as a Harlem Week celebration this year.
