About this event
Three Finns who travelled to north-east Syria in June report back on what is happening to the Rojava project now that its autonomous administration is being folded into the Syrian state. Fifteen years of building a society around direct democracy, coexistence and women's rights, set against the new government in Damascus. Talk plus open discussion.
Why we picked it
First-hand reporting from north-east Syria at a moment when the Rojava experiment's future is genuinely open.
