About this event
A month of cartoons about water scarcity hung in Anderlecht's public library, which is exactly the right venue for a subject this blunt. In a city that takes drawing more seriously than most, a free cartoon show with an argument behind it is a decent twenty minutes, and the library's late Tuesday and Thursday hours make it easy to fit in.
Why we picked it
A free, pointed cartoon exhibition in a Brussels neighbourhood library, open all month.
