About this event
Wednesday at one, the Philharmonie's foyer turns into a free concert hall for under an hour. The repertoire is mostly chamber music and piano, occasionally something stranger, performed by orchestra members, academy students and visiting Berlin musicians. Cheap plates of pasta, salad and soup are served from noon, including vegetarian options, before the music begins.
Why we picked it
November weather, warm foyer, free live music: an easy midweek plan in the middle of the city.
