Hundreds of mats unrolled on a lawn in the middle of Midtown, with rotating instructors leading all-levels classes twice a week. Tuesday mornings take the shaded Upper Terrace; Wednesday evenings spread across the main lawn as the office towers light up around you. Bring your own mat, water and a towel, arrive fifteen minutes early for check-in, and expect a genuinely enormous, genuinely friendly crowd.
