About this event
Poland's first regular free classical series opens its tenth season under the iron roof of Hala Koszyki. Pianist Zofia Lalak plays Józef Wieniawski — the other brother, a serious composer in his own right and almost never programmed. Over 400 concerts in, the format still works: a market hall, a grand piano, no ticket.
Why we picked it
A tenth-anniversary opening night of a free classical series staged in a food hall, which is a genuinely unusual proposition.
Free entry
Organiser states "Wstęp bezpłatny" and describes the series as "bezpłatna seria koncertów". The listing notes that being at the venue normally involves ordering food or drink, though no purchase is stated as a condition of entry.
Registration
None
A third-party event from official public listings, checked by Glentio. Programmes can change. Confirm on the organiser's site.
