About this event
A street full of paellas being cooked over wood on the morning of the Valencian holiday, with tasting as you go. This is the neighbourhood version of the dish rather than the restaurant one, cooked by people who argue about it, and it is the most local thing happening in the city on 9 d'Octubre.
