About this event
Cant d'albaes is improvised Valencian verse sung to dolçaina and tabal, traditionally aimed at — and sometimes at the expense of — whoever is standing nearby. It moves through the streets rather than happening on a stage, and it is one of the few genuinely living oral traditions left in the city.
