About this event
Mindful Astoria leads a free guided sitting on the park lawn as the sun drops behind Manhattan. It is a genuinely lovely hour: ferry wakes, gulls, and a few hundred metres of open water between you and the skyline. Suitable for people who have never meditated before, and there is nothing to pay and nothing to book.
