About this event
The full weekend session at Pier 26 runs all day, volunteer-staffed, and costs nothing at all. Boats, paddles and life jackets are handed out on the dock; you paddle a sheltered stretch of the Hudson with lower Manhattan behind you. It is deservedly popular, so the queue is the price of admission rather than money.
