About this event
Eighteen artists-in-residence open their studio doors on Governors Island for an afternoon. You wander between workspaces, watch things being made and talk to the makers without any gallery formality. The 2026 cohort works largely around climate, so expect research walls and half-finished experiments alongside completed pieces. Pair it with the ferry ride and the island's car-free lanes.
