About this event
The V&A's Design 1900–Now gallery was substantially rehung in February 2026, with around sixty new objects joining the 250 on show, and the curators who did it are explaining why. Expect the reasoning behind the Rapid Response Collecting display too — the strand that buys contemporary objects while they are still being argued about. An hour in the lecture theatre, part of the museum's free Lunchtime Lecture series.
