About this event
The Zeitgeschichtliches Forum throws open its doors for a family afternoon: guided tours, a LEGO workshop, 3-D postcard making, a writing workshop and a book bazaar. At 15:30 Regina and Detlef Vitzthum tell stories of childhood in the GDR — 'a country that no longer exists' — with music from Torsten Pfeffer.
Why we picked it
A lively, hands-on way into post-war German history for kids and adults.
