About this event
Leipzig's water festival takes over the canals and harbours of the western districts for three days: a boat parade from Stadtteilpark Plagwitz to Lindenauer Hafen, a national rowing-club regatta, harbour parties, a band competition, open-air cinema, a pirate island for children and the traditional duck race in Clara-Zetkin-Park, plus fire and magic performances after dark.
