About this event
Kiasma opens every exhibition in the building without charge on the first Friday of the month, and 2 October is October's date - ten hours, 10:00 to 20:00, covering the whole museum rather than a single show. Normal admission is 23 euros, so this is the single best-value cultural evening in Helsinki this week.
Why we picked it
A full free run of Finland's flagship contemporary art museum, on a fixed monthly date that is easy to plan around.
Free entry
Free admission to all exhibitions on the Ilmaispäivä: the museum states 'Ilmaispäivänä näyttelyihin on vapaa pääsy' and lists 2.10.2026 klo 10-20
