The Festa Major closes with its fire run: devils and dragons parade through Gracia's narrow streets showering sparks over the crowd, drums pounding as the procession moves toward Placa de la Vila. It's loud, smoky and thrilling - wear old clothes and a hat if you plan to get close, and keep children at a safe distance.
