About this event
The city's live-arts circuit puts 145 free performances of theatre, circus, music and dance into civic centres in every district, plus workshops, masterclasses and cultural walks. It opens on 8 October with a concert by Marta Garrett. The point is to bring the stage to the neighbourhoods rather than the other way round.
