About this event
Frederic Amat's Vuit reads the Catalan artist's career as a long correspondence, gathering work made with Chantal Maillard, Mark Strand, J. V. Foix, Octavio Paz and Guillermo Cabrera Infante. Admission costs nothing and the gallery sits on La Rambla itself, which makes it an easy pairing with the Festa del Roser flower decorations outside the door in early October.
Why we picked it
A free month-long show by a major Catalan artist in a civic gallery on La Rambla, open right through the festa major week.
Free entry
The Ajuntament's GuiaBCN record states "Preus: Entrada Gratuïta".
