The municipality runs free outdoor training sessions through late summer, open to anyone who turns up in trainers. Sessions rotate across neighbourhood sites and range from general fitness to specific disciplines, all led by qualified coaches paid for by the city. No membership and no fee, and instructors can usually manage in English.
