Lasnamae closes Restoration of Independence Day with an evening ceremony in Jurioo Park: the Pritsu Brass ensemble, speeches and refreshments as the light goes. Smaller and more neighbourly than the daytime concert in the centre, and a good way to see how the anniversary is actually marked at district level.
