Tallinn's UNESCO City of Music programme brings four days of free concerts to Nomme's Vabaduse Park. The bill moves from MUBA music-school students in the daytime to established Estonian names in the evening, including Mick Pedaja with Angeelia on 8 August and an acoustic NOEP set on 9 August, with jazz trios, duos and DJs filling the gaps.
