For five days the centre of Stockholm becomes one open-air venue: 192 programme items spanning music, theatre, circus, dance, film and family activities, spread across Kungstradgarden, Gustav Adolfs torg, Sergels torg and the quaysides. Nothing is ticketed and nothing needs booking, so the festival works as well for an hour as for a full day.
