Multi takes the pun in its subtitle seriously — cultures and cooking methods that bring people together — and spends four days in a city park turning food into the reason for a programme of music, talks and shared tables. Today is the closing day. It is the anti-tourist Roman food event: neighbourhood cooks, not restaurant lists.
