Riga throws a free city-wide party for its 825th birthday. From afternoon workshops, markets, street food and family fun to evening live music by Latvian artists, the day builds to the specially created 'My Riga Score' anniversary concert, a multimedia laser-and-fountain spectacle on the Daugava River, and an open-air DJ party running into the small hours. A Red Bull Showrun motorsport display adds high-octane spectacle.
