An hour of guided yoga on the grass in Riegrovy sady, run by the Prague 2 district as part of its free summer wellness programme. All levels are welcome and you bring your own mat. The evening slot catches the light coming off the city below the park slope, which is reason enough to turn up even if your downward dog is a work in progress.
