The lower house of the Czech parliament opens to the public for the national holiday, with free admission to the chamber and the baroque Thun Palace complex on Mala Strana. Seven hours. Parliamentary buildings are otherwise tour-only, so this is the straightforward way in - and it sits a short walk below Prague Castle.
