Paris's largest open-air short film festival turns 25, spreading nine days of screenings and concerts across the terraced lawns of a hillside park in the 19th. Competition strands cover fiction, documentary, animation, music video and student work, with live music before the projector starts. A relaxed, local end-of-summer fixture.
