For three days the Normandy department of the Eure builds a 300 m² pop-up on the forecourt of Gare Saint-Lazare: part off-beat supermarket, part tasting room, part terrace. Producers hand out samples, there are travel ideas for a region an hour from Paris, and it is all outdoors on a square most people only cross in a hurry.
