America's first settlement house marks 140 years with a six-hour street party outside P.S. 133 in Park Slope: a kickball tournament, carnival games, face painting, a DJ set running 90s hip hop through doo-wop and Motown, dance and music performances, a community art project and indoor art-making. Jamaican patties, popcorn and ice cream on the food side.
