Über dieses Event
The Brooklyn half of University Settlement's 140th birthday lands on Baltic Street, at the organisation's first Brooklyn site. A kickball tournament anchors a day of free food, art-making, dance parties and performances, with neighbours, local traders and elected officials all turning out together.
Warum wir es ausgewählt haben
Free food and free activities confirmed by the organiser itself, at a community anchor almost no visitor ever hears about.
Freier Eintritt
Press release: 'our free, open-to-the-public, joyous Block Party celebrations', 'Featuring free food', 'many other fun free activities'. Times come from New York Family's fairs round-up, not the press release.
