The last Tuesday sunset meditation of the season at Socrates Sculpture Park. Mindful Astoria guide an hour of breathing, mindful movement and loving-kindness practice on the grass beside the East River, with sculpture on one side and the Manhattan skyline on the other. All levels welcome, nothing to book.
