Über dieses Event
Mindful Astoria runs a guided hour of meditation as the sun goes down behind Manhattan, on the lawn of a free waterfront sculpture park. Practices rotate and the sessions are built for people who have never sat formally before. Bring a mat or cushion — a small number are lent out on arrival, first come first served — and expect the skyline to do a lot of the work.
