globalFEST, the touring showcase that has spent two decades introducing New York to musicians from everywhere else, programmes a free evening on Lincoln Center's outdoor dance floor, then keeps the plaza going with a silent disco from 10:00pm - also listed free. The same festival lands at Prospect Park's Lena Horne Bandshell six days later with DakhaBrakha headlining.
