Designer and activist Qween Jean brings ballroom to the Hudson for a Summer Legacy Ball in Little Island's open-air amphitheatre. Categories, walks and a live audience packed into a stage that hangs over the river at sunset. It is competitive dance as community ritual, staged with the production values of a ticketed show but open to anyone who turns up.
