Über dieses Event
Manhattan School of Music faculty member Justin Jay Hines reworks Allen Ginsberg's Howl as a musical performance, in the school's black-box Ades Performance Space. Ginsberg's poem has attracted musical settings for seventy years and rarely in a room this intimate. A faculty recital, so the playing is professional rather than student-level, and there is still nothing to pay.
Warum wir es ausgewählt haben
Ginsberg's Howl remade as music by a conservatory faculty player, in a black box, for free.
