The Frick's restored Gilded Age mansion opens free on the first Friday evening of most months, sponsored this year by Louis Vuitton. Expect the permanent collection of European masterworks plus live music, gallery talks and art-making activities, with dining available at the on-site cafe for those who want to make an evening of it. Ages 10 and up.
