Über dieses Event
A weekly Thursday morning working session in the Queens Botanical Garden beds, alongside the horticulture staff. You get tools, instruction and the run of the garden before it opens to the public, and the garden gets its autumn planting done. A quietly sociable way to spend a morning in Flushing, and no gardening background is expected.
Warum wir es ausgewählt haben
Hands-on time inside a botanical garden at no cost, repeating weekly through October — good for residents wanting a routine rather than a one-off.
