Über dieses Event
Randall's Island hands its working urban farm over to autumn for an afternoon of harvest activities and seasonal tastings between the Harlem and East Rivers. The island's fields are one of the very few places in Manhattan where you can watch vegetables come out of the ground, and the whole festival is built around them.
Warum wir es ausgewählt haben
A free family afternoon on a real working farm inside Manhattan, with the word 'free' written into the organiser's own description.
Freier Eintritt
Organiser's listing reads: 'Step into autumn at the free Randall's Island Harvest Festival'. No admission charge.
