Ukrainian 'ethno-chaos' quartet DakhaBrakha headline globalFEST's Brooklyn edition, alongside Colombian accordionist Yeison Landero, Sally Baby's Silver Dollars and Sunju Park. A long early-evening bill that ranges from Carpathian polyphony to cumbia straight out of San Jacinto, staged on the Prospect Park lawn where Celebrate Brooklyn! has run since 1979.
