Five hours inside the working studios of LMCC's 2026 Artists-in-Residence on Governors Island. Painters, sculptors, writers and performers open their doors, talk through what is still half-finished on the easel, and let visitors wander an informal, all-ages open house. It is a rare chance to see contemporary New York art before it ever reaches a gallery wall, harbour views included.
