Ljubljana's public libraries move outdoors for the summer, setting up deckchairs and shelves of books, magazines and newspapers in parks and squares around the city. Anyone can sit down and read without a library card, in several languages, and the pop-up reading rooms often host storytelling sessions for children alongside.
