Carnide's centuries-old September fair fills the Jardim da Luz with craft stalls, food, processions and a free main stage. In-window headliners include Miguel Gameiro & Polo Norte on 29 August, Tanya on 4 September and Bruna on 11 September, all at 21:30. Around them sit cinema screenings, children's activities and a weekend crafts market.
