Ferencváros closes the summer with its largest cultural weekend, spreading concerts, exhibitions, theatre, dance, film screenings and family programmes across Bakáts Square and the streets around it. The district has quietly become one of Budapest's better places to eat and drink, so the festival doubles as an excuse to explore beyond the square itself.
