A long-standing Brussels summer habit: late-morning open-air concerts on Sundays through August in the green sweep of Parc Wolvendael in Uccle, free to anyone who wanders in. Bring a blanket and arrive before half past eleven. If the weather turns, the performance moves indoors to the Centre Culturel d'Uccle rather than being cancelled.
