Every Friday afternoon through the summer, Tallinn's children's museum opens its miniature garden in Kadriorg Park for an hour of hands-on gardening, plant care and small environmental lessons. Run by Tallinn City Museum, it is aimed squarely at young children and their grown-ups, and sits a short walk from Kadriorg's palace gardens if you want to make an afternoon of it.
