Sofia Municipality wheels open-air reading rooms into the city's parks on summer weekends: shelves of books and magazines, deckchairs, and children's reading sessions, all under the trees. Turn up, borrow something on the spot, read it in the shade and hand it back. Remaining August dates are the 15th, 22nd, 29th and 30th.
